If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if it is not something you ordered for or if it was misrepresented on our website, contact us within 24 hours from receiving the product to [email protected] .

If you are not satisfied with a product customized as per your directions and choose to have it altered according to your new specifications, we will alter it for you free of cost. However, you will have to bear the logistics expenses.
